Nirvana Country -Sector 50 - Gurgaon

0
Is it really worth to buy a property in Nirvana Country ,Sector-50 , Gurgaon at the price which is almost 3 times more than the surrounding properties ??

At current time , may be it makes sense, but if you keep in mind upcoming properties in gurgaon , then this price will seem insane to you.

Take a look at the Raheja Revanta project , and this is just one of the many luxurious upcoming projects which will have much more greener space and top notch facilities.

People are crazy to ask the price of 5 crores for just 240 sq yard size villa. And just look at the villa , construction has no value left. If you ever dare to buy these villas , you would need to demolish the whole structure and rebuild it from scratch, which will take another huge investment from your pocket. And the construction itself will take another 2 years.

And by that time upcoming villas and luxury apartments will be the future of Gurgaon.I would recommend study market completely before buying any property in Nirvana Country.

Looking forward to hear your thoughts.

Healthy Eating Habits

0
Over the years as I become more aware of the healthy vs unhealthy elements present in our lives , I started eating healthy food.

Starting point was when I got married to a freaky husband :) who is totally into healthy eating and exercising. And major change happened when I got pregnant and my doctor declared I have gestational diabetes.I got scared but my dietitian and doctor asked me not to worry , just keep a tap on what you are eating and in how much quantity.

Here is the list which I would recommend to include in your daily life ASAP :-

1. Olive Oil instead of any other oil

2. Two glasses of Milk daily

3. Any one fruit in snack time daily

4. Egg or chicken or cottage cheese daily

5. Brown rice instead of white rice

Fashion

Oh I love fashion!!!I closely follow every bit of fashion news which I could in a day :). For me fashion is not just layers of clothes , I think fashion reflects culture, history and life of ones. For instance if you go to New York offices , people are in formal suits(competitive). On the other hand if you visit offices in Midwest , people over here are pretty casual(relaxed).

Even though there are such big differences in the way people dress themselves , but still one thing is definitely common , which is everyone wants to look good.

My fashion icons keep changes with time. Here is the current list of mine :-

1. Kareena Kapoor

2. Robert Pattinson

3. Emma Watson

4. Mila Kunis

5. Kristen Stewart

Zumba

One major priority in my life is to remain fit. It never used to be earlier but my husband is fitness fanatic.I am glad, it is now, as after pregnancy , it really helped me a lot to loose my weight.

I get bored of regular gym routine easily.So. my trainer in Lifetime Fitness Gym introduced me to Zumba classes. And I swear once I was in that class , I used to have best time of life.

In short I can say Zumba is combination of - best fitness regime + music+ entertainment.I burn 700 to 800 calories per class.

Unfortunately , place where I live now , there are no Zumba classes available. But this didn't stop me from practising it.I have created my own 'ZUMBA' playlist in youtube.

Here you guys go:-

I must admit work culture in India is worse. I used to be at home by 5:30 in USA and my husband even earlier then me. Now in India I don't get to see him at all .Most of the time he miss his dinner too.Sometime I feel angry but I know he is working too hard.

So, today's post is dedicated to my husband. And his favourite is Turai ki sabzi. No wonder I am so perfect in this one :). My recipe for Turai Ki Sabzi is :-

Ingredients:-

Turai - 1 Kg
Garlic - 6 cloves
Salt - as per taste
Degi mirch (Red chili powder) - as per taste
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin  seeds - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 table spoon
Water - 1 table spoon

Steps:-

1. Wash , peel and cut tori in small cubes.
2. Put garlic, salt , degi mirch , turmeric powder and coriander powder in a pestle to crush and mix together all ingredients.Put water in this dry mixture and now the texture will be like a loose dough.
3. Add olive oil to a pan and add cumin seeds after oil is hot. Let cumin seeds turn brown and after that add the pestle mixture to pan.
4. Let mixture cook(preferably on low flame) until oil gets separated.
5. Now its time to add turai to pan. Mix everything well and put lid on pan.
6. Check on turai after every 5 minutes.Turai will release water which makes curry for this vegetable. It will be ready after 15-20 minutes.

I bet it will be your favourite recipe too , try it out. CIAO!!

Kadahi Paneer

I am so excited to combine my culinary skills with my new found love for photography . I was working full time as an IT contractor in USA and had to leave my job because of no good day cares in India . I can't send my son to filthy and unprofessional place , not worth at all !! Whew since then it's me and my son all day long :) playing , eating , going to park.

I am back to cooking as I wasn't getting time earlier because of my job.I dared to start with one of my mom's renowned recipe - KADAHI PANEER.

Ingredients :-

Paneer - 250 gm
Greeen Pepper - 2 medium size
Salt - as per taste
Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons(crushed in pestle)
Degi mirch - as per taste
Turmeric Powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
Onion - 2 big size(cut in long slices)
Garlic - 5 pieces(crushed in pastle)
Tomato - 3(cut in long slices)

Steps :-

1. Put olive oil to a pan and when oil is hot put cumin seeds .
2. When cumin seeds are slightly dark brown then put onions and garlic ,let them fry for a while until they become light brown .
3. Now add coriander seeds , degi mirch , salt and turmeric powder to the pan and let all the masala cook on low flame until we see oil getting separated .
4. Now put tomatoes to the pan and again let the masala cook till oil get separated .
5. Add green pepper and paneer to the pan and let everything cook for another 5 minutes .

Delicious kadahi paneer is ready and enjoy with hot rotis/naan or paranthas.
